It all starts with your body

We only get one body, so we better look after it! I am living as a student, so I like to do things as cheaply as I possibly can. I really don't think that being healthy needs to be costly.

  • Eating
  • - Eat plenty of vegetables and fruit. Keep portions sensible, and drink water as the main choice.
  • Sleeping
  • - Plan times to get up the next morning, and go to sleep to make the plan happen. I need about 8.5 to 9 hours sleep every night, so I should make sure that I will get enough sleep given the time I want to wake up.
  • Exercising
  • - exercise every day. Bike or run where I need to go, and get a decent workout at least 3 times a week.


This is what my ideal lifestyle would be when it comes to my body. I think this is achievable - I could live this way consistently.
